Dear Friend,
Thank you for being a part of my story. Thank you for letting me be part of yours.
it’s about doing the things you’re scared of…
(a little secret—-you grow stronger)
I always feel awkward when walking into a room. I’m not sure what to say or where to look. I walked into a room today. I quietly sat down, and uttered a faint “hey.” Internally, I was telling myself that’s not good enough, you can do better, you’re capable of more. I surrendered a victory. Next time….next time….
I remember a time when someone hugged me, and it felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders.
Turn off the lights…this is how we try to fight it.
Turn on the lights…this is how you truly fight it.
Since I am graduating college in December, I have lots of decisions to make, a big one being whee i should live. After being torn about where, i thought about where I would want to be if i had a few months to live. Then my answer was clear…Home…the place where most of my friends and family are.
Do you have anything to share?
